Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you did not pay for the order, then you can modify and reorder.

 

If I want to change information (such as color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?

We can only change this information for you if the order is not shipped out. Therefore please be careful
to place the order. If there are changes, contact us asap via shop@danabeanies.com and we will see
what we can do.

What kind of secure payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to facilitate all our payment process.
The following Credit/Debit Cards are also accepted: MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, DISCOVER

How do you secure my payment information?

We do not process any of your payment information.

Why do I get less refund for the items sometimes?

Please be noted if there is a discount for your order, we will refund you the amount with the discount,
that means we will refund what you actually pay for each item.

Can I customize my beanies?

Yes, Choose your own style and colors and finish it off with your own logo or corporate design.
Minimum order 50 beanies - choose up to 5 different styles or colors. Beanies can be delivered within
12 weeks after placing order.

Shipping & Handling

Where does my order ship from?

All our products are shipped from our Austrian storage via DPD.

What delivery companies do you use?

We only use safe and reputable delivery companies and work with DPD for all our shipments.

How much is the shipping fees?

Shipping fee within Austria € 3.20 – total process & shipment 2-4 workdays.

Is there any additional fee or tax?

NO. Orders to Austria already include 20% VAT.

 

How do I track my order status?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email about the order information. And once the order
hast left our storage, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number for your package.
